You are the only operator. Eight calls will hit a board that holds three. A fourth arriving before one is cleared dumps the oldest leftover — same as a dropped line. P1s expire in 18 seconds.
- Isolate — cut the blast radius (VLAN, host, nic).
- Contain — stop the bleed without taking the building down.
- Escalate — you cannot finish this from the chair.
- Monitor — it is noise, or it is already handled.
